Return & Exchange Policy

At GreenOxy Home, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains the conditions under which products purchased from www.greenoxy.in may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Customers may request a return or exchange within 5 (five) days from the date of delivery.

1.2 To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • The product must be returned in its original condition
  • Any freebies or promotional items received must also be returned

GreenOxy Home reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.

2. How to Initiate a Return

2.1 A return or exchange can be initiated by:

  • Logging into your GreenOxy Home account → My Orders → Request Return
  • Emailing our Customer Support team at Sales.GreenOxyHome@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return

2.2 For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, customers must share clear product images or an unboxing video for verification.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Customised or personalised products
  • Products showing signs of wear, wash, alteration, or misuse
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

4.1 Issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

4.2 In such cases, GreenOxy Home will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost.

5. Quality Check & Final Decision

All returned products undergo a mandatory quality inspection at our warehouse.

GreenOxy Home reserves the right to make the final decision regarding acceptance or rejection of returns.

Refund Policy – GreenOxy Home

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only for approved returns that meet GreenOxy Home’s Return Policy criteria and pass quality inspection.

2. Refund Processing Timeline

Refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days after approval. The time for the amount to reflect may vary based on the payment provider or bank.

3. Mode of Refund

  • Original mode of payment (UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking)
  • Store credit, if selected by the customer
  • For COD orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI

4. Shipping & COD Charges

Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a GreenOxy Home error such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

5. Order Cancellation & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Shipped orders must follow the return process.

6. Refund Amount Calculation

Refunds include only the product value. Non-refundable charges will be deducted unless the return is due to a company error.
