1.2 Orders placed for non-serviceable locations may be cancelled and refunded as per our Refund Policy.

2.1 Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

2.2 Orders are not processed on Sundays and public holidays.

2.3 Processing may take longer during sales or high-volume periods.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-metro / Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote locations: 6–9 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

4. Shipping Charges

4.1 Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.

4.2 Charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a GreenOxy Home error.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

5.1 COD is available for selected pin codes.

5.2 COD charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout.

5.3 COD charges are non-refundable once delivered.

6. Order Tracking

6.1 Shipping confirmation with tracking details will be shared via SMS/email.

6.2 Tracking updates may take time to reflect.

7. Split Shipments

7.1 Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately.

7.2 Customers will be notified in such cases.

8. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders

8.1 Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.

8.2 Unsuccessful deliveries may be returned to origin.

8.3 In such cases:

  • Shipping charges may be deducted from refunds
  • COD orders may not be eligible for re-dispatch

9. Address Accuracy

9.1 Customers must provide accurate shipping details.

9.2 GreenOxy Home is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

10. Delays Beyond Our Control

GreenOxy Home is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural calamities
  • Government restrictions
  • Courier partner issues
  • Events beyond reasonable control

11. Damaged Packages During Transit

11.1 Do not accept visibly damaged or tampered packages.

11.1 Issues must be reported within 24–48 hours with images or an unboxing video.
